His 30-year military career took him from Private to Colonel, serving as an Artillery Officer with additional duties in intelligence, operations, security, and analytical processes. As Operations Officer for the largest Transportation Group in Europe, he managed operations supporting over 40,000 military and civilian personnel, earning numerous medals and awards for his leadership and commitment to his soldiers.
His academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree earned while attending U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and a master’s degree in Contemporary Leadership and Operations in National Resources Management from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School of National Defense University. He has studied at LaSalle University, Penn State University, Villanova University, Lebanon Valley College, and the University of Colorado Boulder, holding SHRM certification in human resources management along with numerous professional certifications.
After military service, Joe transitioned to real estate, achieving an 800% increase in sales and personnel within four years and successfully managing millions in mergers and acquisitions. His expertise in AI and machine learning led to publishing the New AI Compendium, a monthly publication making AI advances accessible to everyone.
With over 30 years of board experience, Joe has served as President, Vice President, and Treasurer across eight organizations. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at EverPath Partners, a healthcare corporation, and was recently recognized as one of the Top 10 Healthcare Innovators for 2025 by Global Healthcare Magazine.
